Haven House Our current house project is at 820/822 McDowell Avenue in Chester. Originally begun as two separate two-bedroom homes in 2003, the project now involves joining the two properties into a single four-bedroom home to accommodate a large family. This project is sponsored by a group of seven religious congregations in Swarthmore, PA, and is entitled "Haven House". The sponsoring congregations include: Baha’i Community, Ohev Shalom Synagogue, St. John Chrysostom, Swarthmore Friends Meeting, Swarthmore Presbyterian Church, Swarthmore United Methodist Church, and Trinity Episcopal Church. |
